HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS covering those risks excluded from the Hull "All Risks" Policy to the extent such coverage is available from the leading international insurance markets, including confiscation and requisition by the State of Registration, for the Termination Value;
HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS being such risks excluded from the Hull All Risks Policy to the fullest extent available from the leading international insurance markets including confiscation and requisition by the State of Registration for the Agreed Value, however, when the Aircraft is being operated solely in or over the United States of America and/or Canada, coverage may be limited to such perils as are customarily insured by comparable airlines, operating similar equipment in similar circumstances;
HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS. COVERING: DEDUCTIBLE: GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITS:
HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS covering such risks excluded from the Hull All Risks Policy to the fullest extent maintained by prudent, experienced international operators of aircraft similar to the Aircraft and at least as extensive as AVB48B (or its equivalent in respect of liabilities, other than paragraph (b)) and LSW 555D (or its equivalent in respect of Hull) from the leading international insurance markets including confiscation and requisition by the State of Registration for an amount not less than the Agreed Value and not greater than ***** of the Agreed Value from time to time;
HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS being such risks excluded from the Hull All Risks Policy to the fullest extent available from the leading commercial insurance markets that is of the type and covering the same risks as usually carried by similarly situated air carriers operating similar aircraft, engaged in the same or similar business, and similarly situated with Lessee;
HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS being such risks excluded from the Hull All Risks Policy to the fullest extent available from the leading international insurance markets including confiscation and requisition by the State of Registration for the Agreed Value;
(c) ALL RISKS (INCLUDING WAR AND ALLIED RISK except when on the ground or in transit other than by air) property insurance on all Engines and Parts when not installed on the Aircraft on an "agreed value" basis and including engine test and running risks;
(d) AIRCRAFT THIRD PARTY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PASSENGER, BAGGAGE, CARGO AND MAIL AND AIRLINE GENERAL THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING PRODUCTS) LEGAL LIABILITY for a Combined Single Limit (Bodily Injury/Property Damage) of an amount not less than the Minimum Liability Coverage for any one occurrence (but in respect of products and personal injury liability this limit may be an aggregate limit for any and all losses occurring during the currency of the policy) War and Allied Risks are also to be covered under the Policy to the fullest extent available from the leading international insurance markets;
(e) All required hull and spares insurance (as specified above), so far as it relates to the Aircraft will:

Confidential portions of the material have been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. 121 EXHIBIT COVERING: Hull War Risks as per LSW555.D, but including (a) confiscation or requisition (including by State of Registration and state where airline is domiciled), (b) hijacking or other unlawful seizure or wrongful exercise of control of the Aircraft or crew in flight (including any attempt at such seizure or control) and covering claims excluded from Hull All Risks Policy while Aircraft outside Assured’s control by reason of perils insured under this policy, for an Agreed Value of Aircraft in the amount of US$ [list amount calculated in accordance with Article ] DEDUCTIBLE: No deductible GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITS: Worldwide
HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS being such risks excluded from the Hull All Risks Policy to the fullest extent available from the leading intentional insurance markets, including confiscation and requisition by the State of Registration for the Agreed Value;
HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS being such risks excluded from the Hull All Risks Policy (mentioned in (a) above) by the terms of the War, Hijacking and Perils Exclusion Clause AVN 48B. Such insurance shall, if and to the extent available to Lessee as an addback to the Hull War and Allied Perils coverage at no extra expense, include confiscation and requisition under any order of any Government Entity of or within the United States for the Agreed Value but in no event shall the Lessee be required to cover the risks excluded by paragraph (b) of AVN 48B or its equivalent.
HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS covering those risks excluded by AVN48B or its equivalent from the Hull 'All Risks' Policy to the extent such coverage is available from World Aviation Insurance Markets, including confiscation and requisition by the State of Registration, for the Agreed Value;
