Commercial Insurance. 58. The College shall not take out any insurance without the prior approval of the Department and DoF, other than third party insurance required by the Road Traffic (NI) Order 1981 (as amended) and any other insurance which is a statutory obligation or which is permitted under MPMNI.
Commercial Insurance. 1. Physician does not participate in or accept payment from any third party commercial insurance program, and will not submit any claim to such programs or payment on behalf of Patient.
Commercial Insurance. All commercial insurance policies required to be maintained pursuant to Section 5.10 are in full force and effect and all premiums with respect thereto have been paid in full.

The Newark Board of Education is to be added as an additional insured but only as our interests may appear on all Certificates of Insurance as indicated below.
Commercial Insurance. During the Term and at its own -------------------- cost and expense, Lessee shall maintain in full force and effect a policy or policies of special cause of loss form insurance (including sprinkler, vandalism and malicious mischief coverage, including earthquake and flood coverage at Lessee's option and any other endorsements required by the holder of any fee or leasehold mortgage) in an amount adequate to cover damage to the Premises, including without limitation Lessee's Improvements as defined in Exhibit D. Merchandise fixtures, trade fixtures, furniture, furnishings equipment goods, inventory and other personal property located on the Premises or in the Project insuring the full replacement value of such items.
Commercial Insurance. From and after the Closing Date and continuing until the earlier of (i) the later of June 30, 2000 or the ninetieth (90th) day after the Closing Date, or (ii) the date on which the Company procures its own like insurance, Ski Holdings will cause its insurers to continue to provide the Company with the following forms of insurance coverage ("Transition Insurance") under Ski Holdings' existing commercial insurance policies, subject in all cases to the Company's compliance with the existing terms and conditions of such insurance policies:

Decisions on whether to buy insurance should be based on objective cost-benefit analysis, using guidance in the Northern Ireland Guide to Expenditure Appraisal and Evaluation (NIGEAE) (supported by additional DoF guidance).
