Human Resources Director / Mediation. A. If a grievance is not settled at Step 2 of the procedure, the grievance may be appealed, in writing to the Human Resources Director or his/her designee within ten (10) working days from the receipt of the department head’s or his/her designee’s written decision. Said grievance appeal must specifically set forth the reason the answer(s) previously provided by management is/are not satisfactory.
