Common use of Human Resources Policies Clause in Contracts

Human Resources Policies. (a) Project Co shall ensure that there are set up and maintained by it and by all Project Co Parties, human resources policies and procedures covering all relevant matters relating to the Project Operations (including, for example, health and safety). Project Co shall ensure that the terms and the implementation of such policies and procedures comply with Applicable Law, Authority Requirements and Good Industry Practice and that they are published in written form and that copies of them (and any revisions and amendments to them) are available to the Ministry on a timely basis.
