If you believe you have a grievance based on discrimination or sexual or racial harassment an alternative procedure is available through the Human Rights Commission. However, you cannot refer your grievance to both the Human Rights Commission as a complaint and to the Employment Relations Authority as a personal grievance. Delegates/representatives will, subject to departmental convenience, be given sufficient time for the preparation and attendance at working parties/review meetings. 4. The objective of the provision of time for delegate activities is for management and delegates to maintain a flexible arrangement and an atmosphere of goodwill.
