Hunting, Fishing and Harvesting Leave. (1) Subject to operational requirements, leave with pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year may be granted on one weeks notice to an employee in order to meet traditional hunting, fishing, or harvesting needs. Such leave shall not be unreasonably denied.
