HV Field Operator Allowance. 57.1 An employee performing the duties of a HV Field Operator on a full-time basis, or an employee who works within that role on a full-time basis continuously for a minimum period of 4 weeks, will be paid a fortnightly allowance at the rate specified in Attachment 2.
