Hybrid Journals. Under the Hybrid WOAA Workflow, the Eligible Author, as designated on submission of an Eligible Article, or subsequently identified as such within Author Services, must identify the Eligible Author’s affiliation with a Member Institution or CSIC, by selecting from a standardized list of institutions in the electronic editorial office submission and Author Services systems. Once the affiliation is identified, the Eligible Author will be presented with a choice of publishing open access. Wiley will include sufficient information and guidance to encourage Eligible Authors to publish open access as part of this Agreement (so long as the correct affiliation of the Eligible Author is captured in Wiley system metadata) and that they do not need to pay an APC. If an author elects not to publish open access, the article will not be covered by the Article Entitlement.

  • Regulatory Examinations The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

  • Investment Analysis and Commentary The Subadviser will provide quarterly performance analysis and market commentary (the “Investment Report”) during the term of this Agreement. The Investment Reports are due within 10 days after the end of each quarter. In addition, interim Investment Reports shall be issued at such times as may be mutually agreed upon by the Adviser and Subadviser; provided however, that any such interim Investment Report will be due within 10 days of the end of the month in which such agreement is reached between the Adviser and Subadviser. The subject of each Investment Report shall be mutually agreed upon. The Adviser is freely able to publicly distribute the Investment Report.

  • Statistical, Demographic or Market-Related Data All statistical, demographic or market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package or the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company believes to be reliable and accurate and all such data included in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package or the Prospectus accurately reflects the materials upon which it is based or from which it was derived.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Medical Records Medical records relating to Trial Subjects that are not submitted to Sponsor may include some of the same information as is included in Trial Data; however, Sponsor makes no claim of ownership to those documents or the information they contain.

  • Samples The Contractor shall submit the following samples of Materials and relevant information to the Authority’s Engineer for pre-construction review: (a) manufacturer's test reports and standard samples of manufactured Materials; and (b) samples of such other Materials as the Authority’s Engineer may require.

  • Listings <<customer_name>> shall provide all new, changed and deleted listings on a timely basis and BellSouth or its agent will include <<customer_name>> residential and business customer listings in the appropriate White Pages (residential and business) or alphabetical directories. Directory listings will make no distinction between <<customer_name>> and BellSouth subscribers.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
