Eligible Article means articles that have been accepted for publication in a Licensed Title by Corresponding Authors who are authorised by the Institution to submit the article to the Publisher under the terms of this Licence.

Examples of Eligible Article in a sentence

  • The APC for any article submitted to the Licensor from an Affiliated Author, which is not an Eligible Article, will not be deducted from the APC Fund and will be charged separately under the Licensor’s standard process at Licensor’s standard list price APC for the respective journal (and which for the avoidance of doubt is not the APC set forth in Schedule 2 to these Product Terms).

  • The reports shall include the following details: ● Name of journal ● Article title ● DOI of article ● Article Type (as defined in the definition of Eligible Article) ● Name of Eligible Author ● online publication date (if available) ● Acceptance Date (if available) ● Type of Open Access license Licensor may change the means to provide the reports under this Section and make the reports available for download by Customer on the Platforms.

  • For each Eligible Article with an Allocation Date after the effective date of termination, Licensor’s standard list price APC for the respective journal (and which for the avoidance of doubt is not the APC set forth in Schedule 2 to these Product Terms) will apply.

  • Licensee waives any claim it may have against the Licensor or said third party in the event that the Licensor or said third party refuses or declines to publish any material (or part thereof) submitted by an Eligible Author (i.e. an article which is not an Eligible Article).

  • However, deductions may be delayed in certain cases, and the foregoing shall not limit Licensor’s rights to deduct the APC for an Eligible Article at a later time, but not later than the end of the first quarter of the year following the Approval Date.

  • Once article proofs have been issued, the Eligible Corresponding Author may request conversion to Open Access from Publisher’s open access customer service team and Publisher shall convert the Eligible Article (Hybrid) to an Open Access format, upon payment of a fee of £400 by the transacting author or their nominated xxxx-xxxxx and upon the transacting author signing the Open Access license.

  • The Eligible Author shall retain its ownership in the copyright to the Eligible Article, even if published pursuant to this contract.

  • This however may not apply in case a) the Eligible Article is published in a Non- Standard Journal, and/or b) if requested by the author, and/or otherwise required by law or third parties (such as funding bodies).

  • Definitions Open Access Article An Eligible Article published with either a Creative Commons Attribution license CC-BY (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licenses/by/4.0/) or a CC-BY NC-ND license (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licenses/by/4.0/) or a CC-BY- NC license, granting the Publisher non-exclusive right of use.

  • The APC for any article submitted to the Licensor from an Affiliated Author, which is not an Eligible Article, will not be deducted from the APC Fund and will be charged separately under the Licensor’s standard process; alternatively such author may choose to submit its article for publication on a subscription basis.

Eligible Article means an article by a Community Author accepted for publication by the Publisher in respect of which the Institution agrees (under the verification process provided for in this Agreement) is covered by the Community Fee.

  • Pre-Qualifying Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 27.3 of this Part C.

  • Maximum Incremental Facilities Amount means, at any date of determination, (a) the sum of (i) $500,000,000, plus (ii) an amount such that the Borrower is in Pro Forma Compliance with the Senior Secured Leverage Test (for the avoidance of doubt without netting any cash from the proceeds of any Indebtedness being incurred in reliance on such test and, if applicable, assuming the full amount of any New Revolving Credit Commitments are drawn), plus (iii) amounts used to incur Indebtedness the Net Cash Proceeds of which are substantially concurrently used to refinance or replace Revolving Credit Commitments and/or Term Loans (including any fees, accrued interest or other amounts owing in respect thereof), plus (iv) from and after the 2012 Extension Effective Date, the aggregate principal amount of 2014 Term Loans outstanding as of such date of determination, provided that such additional amounts pursuant to this clause (iv) are only available to the extent such amounts are used to incur Indebtedness the Net Cash Proceeds of which are substantially concurrently used to prepay 2014 Term Loans in accordance with Section 5.1 of this Agreement (such prepaid 2014 Term Loans, “Incremental Facility Prepaid 2014 Term Loans”) plus (v) the Dollar Equivalent principal amount of Term Loans (other than New Term Loans, Incremental Facility Prepaid 2014 Term Loans or Term Loans refinanced or replaced pursuant to clause (iii) above) voluntarily prepaid pursuant to Section 5.1 prior to such date, plus (vi) the amount of all Revolving Credit Commitments that have either been permanently reduced pursuant to Section 4.2 or have otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement after the 2012 Extension Effective Date (without duplication of the amounts incurred pursuant to clause (iii) above) minus (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of New Loan Commitments incurred pursuant to Section 2.14(a) prior to such date and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Permitted Other Indebtedness issued or incurred pursuant to Section 10.1(bb)(i)(a) prior to such date.

  • Annual summative evaluation rating means an annual evaluation rating that is based on appraisals of educator practice and student performance, and includes all measures captured in a teacher’s evaluation rubric. Such contributions shall be considered an Elective Contribution for the purposes of the Plan and may be used to satisfy the "Actual Deferral Percentage" tests or the "Actual Contribution Percentage" tests.

  • Safe Harbor has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(d).

  • Incremental Term Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender, established pursuant an Incremental Facility Agreement and Section 2.21, to make Incremental Term Loans of any Series hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum principal amount of the Incremental Term Loans of such Series to be made by such Lender.

  • Level IV Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status or Level III Status and (ii) the Borrower's Xxxxx'x Rating is Baa3 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB- or better.

  • Annual limit on intake or "ALI" means the derived limit for the amount of radioactive material taken into the body of an adult worker by inhalation or ingestion in a year. ALI is the smaller value of intake of a given radionuclide in a year by the reference man that would result in a committed effective dose equivalent of 0.05 sievert (five rem) or a committed dose equivalent of 0.5 sievert (fifty rem) to any individual organ or tissue. ALI values for intake by ingestion and by inhalation of selected radionuclides are given in appendix C to rule 3701:1-38-12 of the Administrative Code.

  • Specific contract participation goals means the goals as stipulated in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2001. In addition to above-mentioned goals, the Regulations [12. (1)] also make provision for organs of State to give particular consideration to procuring locally manufactured products.

  • Incremental Term Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.
