Eligible Article definition

Eligible Article means articles that have been accepted for publication in a Licensed Title by Corresponding Authors who are authorised by the Institution to submit the article to the Publisher under the terms of this Licence.
Eligible Article. Types The following article types: all research articles and review papers Eligible Author The primary corresponding author who asserts affiliation to a Member institution via the email domain used at submission of the manuscript. Eligible Journals Journals eligible for open access publication under the agreement, as listed in Schedule 2.
Eligible Article means an article funded by any of: UK Research and Innovation, British Heart Foundation, Blood Cancer UK, Cancer Research UK, Parkinsons UK, Versus Arthritis or the Wellcome Trust; by a Corresponding Author who has been authorised by the Institution to submit the article to the Publisher under the terms of this Licence.

  • Open Access Article(s): an Eligible Article, for which BMJ is granted non-exclusive right of us, published under the agreed CC licence as set out in part D2.

  • The following additional defined terms are used in this Part D3: Accepted Manuscript: the final draft version of the Eligible Article, which has been accepted for publication in an Eligible Journal and peer reviewed but not copyedited, typeset or published.

  • APC(s): the article processing charge that BMJ charges for the publication of an Eligible Article as an Open Access Article within an Eligible Journal.

More Definitions of Eligible Article

Eligible Article as described in Part A. An Eligible Article shall include all text, audio, video and audio-visual material, abstracts, databases, tables, data, diagrams, photographs and other images or illustrative material and including all drafts of the Eligible Article, the version of the Eligible Article accepted for publication by BMJ and the Version of Record. Eligible Author(s): an author who is affiliated with a Consortia Member, where affiliated means students enrolled at or accredited to the relevant Consortia Member or who are teaching and research staff employed by or otherwise accredited to that Consortia Member. Where an Eligible Article is published by multiple authors, only the corresponding author may qualify as the Eligible Author in respect of that Eligible Article.
Eligible Article means an article by a Community Author accepted for publication by the Publisher in respect of which the Institution agrees (under the verification process provided for in this Agreement) is covered by the Community Fee.
Eligible Article means an article by an Eligible Author accepted for publication by the Publisher under the terms of this this Membership Agreement).

Related to Eligible Article

  • Eligibility Criteria means the legal criteria as specified in the Clause 5 of this E- Auction Process Information Document;
