Hydrogen Sulphide Gas. If The City detects hydrogen sulphide gas beyond 10 ppm (parts per million) in the Wastewater System that is caused by the Customer Wastewater discharged at the Wastewater Discharge Point, as determined by the Director, The City shall provide written notice to the Customer of such build-up (along with a reasonable explanation of the process by which the build-up was attributable to the Customer) and require the Customer to take immediate steps to rectify such build-up. Upon receipt of such notice, the Customer shall take immediate steps to rectify the hydrogen sulphide gas build-up. If the Customer fails to do so, The City will take the necessary steps to alleviate the hydrogen sulphide gas build-up, and charge the actual costs incurred by The City to the Customer. The average monthly concentration of hydrogen sulphide gas shall not exceed 5 ppm. Hydrogen sulphide data collection shall adhere to the City of Xxxxxxx X0X Monitoring Protocol identified in Schedule “D”, as amended from time to time: (a) Notwithstanding amendments pursuant to subsection (b) below), the monitoring and sampling protocol, including number, type and timing of sampling, shall not be less that as currently reflected within Schedule “D”; and (b) no amendments to Schedule “D” shall be effective for a period of thirty (30) days

  • Natural Gas 21.1 Subject to Article 21.2, the Indian domestic market shall have the first call on the utilisation of Natural Gas discovered and produced from the Contract Area. Accordingly, any proposal by the Contractor relating to Discovery and production of Natural Gas from the Contract Area shall be made in the context of the Government's policy for the utilisation of Natural Gas and shall take into account the objectives of the Government to develop its resources in the most efficient manner and to promote conservation measures. 21.2 The Contractor shall have the right to use Natural Gas produced from the Contract Area for the purpose of Petroleum Operations including reinjection for pressure maintenance in Oil Fields, gas lifting and captive power generation required for Petroleum Operations. 21.3 For the purpose of sales in the domestic market pursuant to this Article 21, the Contractor shall have freedom to market the Gas and sell its entitlement.

Where work continues for more than two hours in temperatures exceeding 54 Celsius, employees shall be entitled to 20 minutes rest after every two hours work without deduction of pay. Information pertaining to underground storage tanks and underground storage tank removals of which the D.C. Government has received notification is on file with the District Department of the Environment, Underground Storage Tank Branch, 00 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X., 00000, telephone (000) 000-0000. District’s knowledge for purposes of this Section shall mean and be limited to the actual knowledge of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Property Acquisition and Disposition Division of the Department of Housing and Community Development, telephone no. (000) 000-0000. The foregoing is set forth pursuant to requirements contained in the UST Act and UST Regulations and does not constitute a representation or warranty by District.
