Common use of Hygiene/Medical Stipend Clause in Contracts

Hygiene/Medical Stipend. Any Aide whose assignment requires the regular performance of medical/hygiene procedures such as diapering, shall be eligible for a supplementary salary stipend of 5% (five percent) for the duration of those assigned duties.

Hygiene/Medical Stipend. Any Aide whose assignment requires the regular performance of medical/hygiene procedures such as diapering, shall be eligible for a supplementary salary stipend of 5% (five percent) for the duration of those assigned duties. As soon as practicable after this agreement is ratified, the parties shall negotiate a process for how and when it is appropriate to assign this stipend and to ensure it does not contradict Article 9, Section 9.5, Out of Class Pay.
