Identification of Affected Employees. The employer after consultation with a nominee of the national executive of the PPTA will identify the teaching positions to be disestablished. Where the number of permanent teaching positions required, are less than the number of teacher(s) currently holding those designated position(s), the teacher(s) will be identified as surplus in accordance with the following guidelines in the order stated:
