IGRT Center Bonuses. For each of the calendar years 2007, 2008 and 2009, Executive will be entitled to receive an annual bonus equal to: (a) $5,000 for each Center (as defined below) with respect to which a letter of intent is entered into between Employer and the applicable physician practice group(s) during such calendar year (excluding Centers with respect to which a letter of intent was entered into prior to the Effective Date); plus (b) $15,000 for each Center with respect to which the related physician practice groups have consummated their practice group consolidation during such calendar year, provided that if there will be no practice group consolidation with respect to a particular Center, then an additional $7,500 amount will be paid as a result of meeting the requirement under (a) above with respect to such Center (excluding Centers with respect to which a letter of intent was entered into prior to the Effective Date) and an additional $7,500 amount will be paid as a result of meeting the requirement under (c) below with respect to such Center; plus (c) $10,000 for each Center opened during such calendar year. For purposes of this Section 3.4, “Center” will mean an image guided radiation therapy center that Employer has approved and with respect to which Employer enters into a letter of intent prior to December 31, 2009. For calendar years after 2009, the amount of any annual IGRT center bonuses will be determined in the discretion of the Board.

  • Annual Bonuses For each fiscal year during the term of employment, the Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus in the amount, if any, as may be determined from time to time by the Board in its discretion.

  • Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.

  • Incentive Bonuses The Employee shall be eligible to be considered for an annual incentive bonus with a target amount equal to 50% of his Base Compensation. Such bonus (if any) shall be awarded based on objective or subjective criteria established in advance by the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") or its Compensation Committee. The determinations of the Board or such Committee with respect to such bonus shall be final and binding.

  • Retention Bonuses Provided Executive becomes and remains an active employee of Mercantile, Mercantile will pay Executive retention bonuses in accordance with the following schedule:
