Bonuses definition

Bonuses means current cash compensation over and above Base Salary whether awarded under the Company’s Incentive Compensation Plan or otherwise awarded.

Bonuses means amounts paid to the Participant by the Company annually in the form of discretionary or incentive compensation or any other bonus designated by the Committee before reductions for contributions to or deferrals under any pension, deferred compensation or benefit plans sponsored by the Company.

Examples of Bonuses in a sentence

• Performance Periods may overlap and Participants may participate simultaneously with respect to Stock Bonuses that are subject to different Performance Periods and different performance goals and other criteria.

More Definitions of Bonuses

Bonuses means the bonuses earned as of the last day of the Plan Year, provided a Participant is in the employ of the Company on the last day of the Plan Year.
