Common use of Illness in Immediate Family Clause in Contracts

Illness in Immediate Family. During the year in which it is earned sick leave may be used for illness of employees of the immediate family, which is interpreted as parent, child, brother, sister, husband, or wife; provided that the equivalent of an additional fifteen (15) days of available sick leave may be used in the case of the illness of a parent who has regularly lived in the employee's household.
