Immediate Family Privileges. The spouse of a Member, and all unmarried children under the age of twenty-three (23), living inresiding with the home of a Member, attending school on a full-time basis or in the military (collectively, "Family Members" and, individually, "“Immediate Family Member"(s)”) shall have the right to use of the Membership and shall enjoy all of the rights and privileges of such Member ("“Immediate Family Privileges"”). The name of each Immediate Family Member eligible for Immediate Family Privileges must be so noted on the Member's Application for Membership. Immediate Family Privileges. The spouse of a Member, and all unmarried children under the age of twenty-three (23), residing with the Member, attending school on a full-time basis or in the military (“Immediate Family Member(s)”) shall have the right to use of the Membership and shall enjoy all of the rights and privileges of such Member (“Immediate Family Privileges”). The name of each Immediate Family Member eligible for Immediate Family Privileges must be so noted on the Member's Application for Membership. If any change occurs in a Member's marital status or the status of related children living with the Member, such Member must notify the Foundation in writing of any such change, and the Member's Application for Membership shall be revised accordingly. In the event of any dispute, the Member's Application for Membership, as it may be amended from time to time, shall be used for clarification and the Board's determination thereof shall be final. In addition, Immediate Family Members shall also include any “Significant Other”, which shall be defined as an individual who is not married who is living with a Member who is not married in the same household as a family unit, provided such individual and Member could legally be married in the State of Florida. A Significant Other shall have the right to use the Country Club Facilities upon designation by the Member, on a yearly basis, and upon payment of a designee fee, to be determined by the Board, in its sole and absolute discretion. The Member may designate only one (1) Significant Other at any one time. The total number of adults who may have Immediate Family Privileges is limited to two (2) adults per Membership, that is, the Member and the Member's spouse or Significant Other, as applicable. Notwithstanding a Member's responsibility to pay all Assessments, Dues, charges and fees associated with such Member's Membership, such Member and such Member's Significant Other shall be jointly and severally responsible for the payment of all charges and fees incurred by the Significant Other. The Board reserves the right to establish such fees and other rules as it may deem appropriate, in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Immediate Family Immediate family includes husband, wife, child, stepchild, brother, brother-in-law, stepbrother, sister, sister-in-law, stepsister, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, parent, stepparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, or any person serving as a parent, or who has served as a parent, or any other close person living in the same household as the employee.

  • Immediate family or household (1) The entitlement to use carer’s leave and compassionate leave in accordance with this clause is subject to the person being either: (a) a member of the employee’s immediate family; or (b) a member of the employee’s household.

  • Children/Grandchildren An employee may purchase life insurance in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) as a package for all eligible children/grandchildren (as defined in Section 2A2 and 2A3 of this Article). For a new employee, child/grandchild coverage requires evidence of insurability if application is made after the initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. An employee who becomes eligible for insurance may purchase child/grandchild coverage without evidence of insurability if application is made within thirty (30) days of the initial effective date as defined in this Article. Child/grandchild coverage commences fourteen (14) calendar days after birth.

  • Immediate Family Defined Immediate family will be defined as father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, step children, step-parent, and any person domiciled and residing in the teacher’s home as a member of the teacher’s home as a member of the teacher’s family, and any person with whom the teacher lived for a substantial period as a child as if such person were the teacher’s parents.

  • Family Member Family member is defined as the employee’s spouse or same or opposite sex domestic partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sister, or brother. Family member also includes individuals in the following relationships with the employee’s spouse or domestic partner: child, parent and grandparent. “Child” also includes any child residing in the employee’s home through xxxxxx care, legal guardianship or custody. Family members include those persons in a “step” relationship.

Entitlement to leave of absence under this subsection shall be only for all hours the employee would have been scheduled to work for those days granted, and shall be in addition to any other entitlement for sick leave, emergency leave, or any other leave.

  • Illness in the Immediate Family 10.1 A unit member may be granted up to four days’ absence per fiscal year with full pay because of serious illness in the immediate family of the unit member requiring the actual presence of that unit member.
