Immediate Household. All individuals who are living at or doing business at the same residential address, and who are related by blood or marriage, or who are living together as a family unit or in a family-like setting. A household includes, but is not limited to, spouses, heads-of-household, and dependent family members residing in the same residence. Related to Immediate Household

  • Immediate family or household (1) The entitlement to use carer’s leave and compassionate leave in accordance with this clause is subject to the person being either: (a) a member of the employee’s immediate family; or (b) a member of the employee’s household.

  • Immediate Termination The LHIN may terminate this Agreement immediately upon giving Notice to the HSP if: (1) the HSP is unable to provide or has discontinued the Services in whole or in part or the HSP ceases to carry on business; (2) the HSP makes an assignment, proposal, compromise, or arrangement for the benefit of creditors, or is petitioned into bankruptcy, or files for the appointment of a receiver; (3) the LHIN is directed, pursuant to the Act, to terminate this Agreement by the Minister or the Director; (4) the Home has been closed in accordance with the Act; or (5) as provided for in section 4.6, the LHIN does not receive the necessary funding from the MOHLTC.

  • Family The District shall contribute no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total cost of the premium toward family coverage. The employee shall pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for family dental coverage.

  • Immediate Family Immediate family includes husband, wife, child, stepchild, brother, brother-in-law, stepbrother, sister, sister-in-law, stepsister, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, parent, stepparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, or any person serving as a parent, or who has served as a parent, or any other close person living in the same household as the employee.

  • Immediate Payment Each Guarantor agrees to make immediate payment to the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of all Guarantee Obligations owing or payable to the respective Holders upon receipt of a demand for payment therefor by the Trustee to such Guarantor in writing.

  • Family Illness The start of a family leave for a serious health condition of a family member shall begin on the date requested by the employee or designated by Management.

  • Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion. You acknowledge that, as a non-exhaustive guide: • PayPal’s risk of liability in respect of card-funded payments that you receive can last until the risk of a chargeback closing in favour of the payer/buyer (as determined by card scheme rules) has passed. This depends on certain factors, including, without limitation:

  • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.

  • HUSBAND’S PROPERTY It is declared by the Husband to be the owner of the following assets and property:
