Imminent Weather Related Conditions. When imminent weather-related conditions will create potentially hazardous travel conditions, the Employer will make every reasonable effort to call back employees to work prior to the development of hazardous travel conditions and, when possible, grant employees liberal leave in advance of these conditions.
