Impact Report. The Supplier will, at its cost and within a reasonable period of time from receipt or delivery of the Change Request (but in any event within 20 Business Days), prepare, and give by notice, an impact report ("Impact Report") detailing an explanation of the Change, including how the Change is to be implemented and, to the extent relevant, detailing:
(i) the feasibility of the Change;
(ii) the likely time required to implement the Change;
(iii) the effect of the Change on the ability of the Supplier to meet its obligations under this Agreement;
(iv) any cost implication for either Party in relation to the Change;
(v) any consequential material impacts of the Change; and
(vi) all other information which is likely to be material to HBDHB.
Impact Report. XXXX has submitted to the Town a copy of the Tax Forecast and County Impact Report (“Impact Report”) required to be submitted to Boulder County by §31- 25-107(3.5) of the Act, which includes a tax forecast for the Town, which addresses the following information concerning the impact of the Plan:
(a) The increase in base value resulting from biennial general reassessments for twenty-five (25) year duration of the Plan (the “Duration”) in accordance with C.R.S. §31-25-107(9)(e) of the Act;
(b) The duration of time estimated to complete the Urban Renewal Project is the twenty-five (25) year period of time specified in §31-25-107(9)(a) of the Act;
(c) The estimated annual TIF Revenue to be generated in the TIF Area for the duration of the Plan and the portion of such TIF Revenue to be allocated to fund the Urban Renewal Project are set forth in this Agreement and the Impact Report;
(d) The estimate of the impact of the Urban Renewal Project on the Town’s revenues and on the cost and extent of additional Town infrastructure and services required to serve development within the proposed TIF Area, and the benefit of improvements within the TIF Area to existing Town infrastructure;
(e) A statement setting forth the method under which XXXX will finance, or that agreements are in place to finance, any additional Town infrastructure and services required to serve development in the TIF Area for the period in which TIF Revenues are shared.
(f) Although not analyzed as part of the Impact Report pursuant to the Act, the Parties have also considered, and this Agreement addresses, the legal limitations on the use of revenues belonging to the Parties, the Town and any taxing entity in accordance with HB 15-1348 and SB 18-248; and
(g) Although not analyzed as part of the Impact Report, the Parties agree that this Agreement also addresses the other estimated impacts of the Urban Renewal Project on the Town and other taxing body services or revenues in accordance with C.R.S. §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act.
Impact Report. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Impact Report addresses the following information and hereby make and adopt the following findings relating to the Impact Report: The Urban Renewal Project is projected to create significant new employment opportunities and other benefits as specified in the Impact Report that will benefit the Parties, the region, and the State of Colorado. The Duration of time estimated to complete the Urban Renewal Project is the twenty-five (25) year period of time specified in §31-25-107(9)(a) of the Act. The estimated annual Property Tax Increment Revenue to be generated by the Urban Renewal Project for the Duration of the Urban Renewal Project and the portion of such Property Tax Increment Revenue to be allocated to fund the Urban Renewal Project are set forth in this Agreement and the Impact Report. The nature and relative size of the revenue and other benefits expected to accrue to the City, the District, and other taxing entities that levy property taxes in the Urban Renewal Area are set forth in the Impact Report and include, without limitation: The increase in base value resulting from biennial general reassessments for the Duration in accordance with §31-25-107(9)(e) of the Act; The benefit of improvements in the Urban Renewal Area to existing taxing entity infrastructure in accordance with §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act; The estimate of the impact of the Urban Renewal Project on District and taxing entity revenues in accordance with §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act; The cost of additional District and taxing body infrastructure and services required to serve development in the Urban Renewal Area in accordance with §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act; The capital or operating costs of the Parties, the City, and other taxing bodies that are expected to result from the Urban Renewal Project in accordance with HB 15-1348; The legal limitations on the use of revenues belonging to the Parties, the City, and any taxing entity in accordance with HB 15-1348 and SB 18-248; and The other estimated impacts of the Urban Renewal Project on District and other taxing body services or revenues in accordance with §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act.
Impact Report. The Authority has submitted to the School District a copy of the Impact Report required to be submitted to El Paso County by §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act, which includes a tax forecast for the School District.

Impact Report. The City and the Authority, along with other taxing districts, have assessed the financial and economic impacts of the Plan on the City and other taxing districts. The Authority has submitted to the City a copy of the Tax Forecast and County Impact Report for URA #2 Urban Renewal Area under separate cover, which includes a tax forecast for the City.
Impact Report. The EIF shall submit to the Designated Service a regular impact report on an annual (A) basis. The reports shall be based on data available as of 30 of September to the extent provided by the Financial Intermediary no later than 1 of November. The report should be issued by 31 of January of the following year.

(d) The nature and relative size of the revenue and other benefits expected to accrue to the City, the School District, and other taxing entities that levy property taxes in the Urban Renewal Area are set forth in the Impact Report and include, without limitation:
(i) The increase in base value resulting from biennial general reassessments for the Duration in accordance with §31-25-107(9)(e) of the Act;
(ii) The benefit of improvements in the Urban Renewal Area to existing taxing entity infrastructure in accordance with §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act;
(iii) The estimate of the impact of the Urban Renewal Project on School District and taxing entity revenues in accordance with §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act;
(iv) The cost of additional School District and taxing body infrastructure and services required to serve development in the Urban Renewal Area in accordance with §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act;
(v) The capital or operating costs of the Parties, the City, and other taxing bodies that are expected to result from the Urban Renewal Project in accordance with HB 15-1348;
(vi) The legal limitations on the use of revenues belonging to the Parties, the City, and any taxing entity in accordance with HB 15-1348 and SB 18- 248; and
(vii) The other estimated impacts of the Urban Renewal Project on School District and other taxing body services or revenues in accordance with §31-25-107(3.5) of the Act.
Impact Report. The Service Provider will, within 10 Business Days of receiving a Change Request from Gas Industry Co, prepare an impact report ("Impact Report") detailing an explanation of the Change, including how the Change is to be implemented and, to the extent relevant, detailing:
(a) the feasibility of the Change;
(b) the effect of the Change on the ability of the Service Provider to meet its obligations under this Agreement;
(c) any cost implication for either party in relation to the Change;
(d) any consequential material impacts of the Change;
Impact Report. Beginning with the effective date of this Agreement and continuing annually for a period of five (5) calendar years following the end of the Funding Period (the “Reporting Period”), the Company shall be responsible to complete and return to the Center, within thirty (30) days after receipt, all Impact Report Forms provided to the Company, a copy of which is included here as Appendix 1.4. The completed documents are to be signed by a person authorized to bind the Company.
