Implementation conventions. All EDI transactions must comply with the Federal Implementation Conventions (IC’s). Many VAN’s and software providers have already built the IC requirements into their products. If you need to see the IC’s, they are available on a registry maintained by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). It is accessible via the INTERNET at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxx.xxx/lab/csl-pubs.htm. IC’s are available for common business documents such as Purchase Order, Price Sales Catalog, Invoice, Request for Quotes, etc.

Implementation conventions. The competent authorities of the Parties are authorized, on the basis and within the limits of this Agreement, to issue supplementary agreements or arrangements to settle administrative and technical aspects of the implementation of this Agreement and to en- hance cross-border cooperation.

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Union Conventions The chapter chairperson or his/her representative elected to attend a function of the International Union such as convention, or educational conferences, upon proper application, shall be allowed a total of five (5) days per year time off without loss of time or pay to attend such conference and/or conventions.

  • Implementation Legislation The Contracting Parties shall enact any legislation necessary to comply with, and give effect to, the terms of the Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Implementation Specifications 1. The Non-Exchange Entity must obtain informed consent from individuals for any use or disclosure of information that is not permissible within the scope of the Privacy Notice Statement and any relevant agreements that were in effect as of the time the PII was collected. Such consent must be subject to a right of revocation.
