Implementation of Job Sharing. (a) Job Sharing shall be considered on a job by job basis and shall be initiated through a written application by the incumbent in a permanent full-time position to the Director of Resident Care. The incumbent in a permanent full-time position fills one part of the job sharing. The other half of the job sharing position will be posted and selection shall be made in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
