IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 3.1 The parties agree that all the necessary procedures and actions shall be taken to implement the provisions of the Collective Agreement within a reasonable time after the signing of the Agreement. 3.2 This shall apply to all clauses of the Agreement except those for which there are prescribed times.
