A reasonable opportunity is to be provided for a support person or representative of the Employee’s choice to attend all interviews or meetings conducted by the Employer with the Employee.

  • Rules of Grievance Processing 1. Time limits at any stage of the grievance procedure may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties at that step.

  • New or Revised Classifications The Employer shall provide at least twenty-five (25) days' notice and will meet and confer with the Union over any new or revised classification specification, if requested by the Union.
