Guests and visitors agree that any improper activities on the property, including disturbances, annoyances, or inconveniences of the neighbors, use of the premises for immoral or unlawful purposes, or violations of any law or ordnance will immediately terminate occupancy and this AgreementLIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Xxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx shall not be liable to Guest, his guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises.   • Improper Use Evidence substantiating the use of sick leave for willful injury, gross negligence, intemperance, trivial indispositions, instances of misrepresentation, or violation of the rules defined herein will result in denial of sick leave with pay and shall be construed as grounds for disciplinary action including termination.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR A. Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.

  • Alcohol The intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR 3.1 The Employer and the Union agree that all employees should work in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professionalism. The parties agree that inappropriate behavior in the workplace does not promote the Employer’s business, employee well being, or productivity.
