IMRF Eligibility. Once an employee has reached IMRF eligibility the parties recognize it is the intent of the District to continue to provide enough hours of employment for the employee to maintain IMRF eligibility. This is not a guarantee of hours, but the District shall make a good faith effort to meet that intent.
