Common use of In Charge Allowance Clause in Contracts

In Charge Allowance. A Charge Hand, designated as such by an authorized representative of the Board shall be paid an In-Charge allowance of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour in addition to the employee's regular pay.

In Charge Allowance. ‌ A Charge Hand, designated as such by an authorized representative of the Board Board, shall be paid an InIn- Charge Allowance of thirty-Charge allowance of one dollar and fifty cents eight ($1.50.38) cents per hour in addition hour. As of July 1, 2020, this allowance will increase to the employee's regular payfifty ($.50) cents per hour.
