Common use of In-District Curriculum Planning Clause in Contracts

In-District Curriculum Planning. Substitutes Provided by the District. It is recognized that program improvements often demand additional and cooperative curriculum planning or study time for the staff. Therefore it shall be the practice of the District, at the administration's discretion, to provide for a number of special curriculum periods throughout the school year at the staff's or administration's request in order to (1) review the current program, (2) organize new programs and (3) develop new curriculum.
