In House Training. SECTION 1. The City shall provide for each officer not less than two (2) hours per month of in service training at no expense to the officer. The training shall be provided in an effort to assist the officers in the performance of their official duties. SECTION 2. Each ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Officer will be allowed one hundred (100) rounds of practice ammunition per month up to twelve hundred (1200) rounds annually for practice ammunition upon their request. Ammunition allotments will be made once per year as it is available. Ammunition not acquired by the officer within one month after the allotment period will be forfeited.
In House Training. The Shire recognises the need for the multi-skilling ability of the members of the Operational Works Crew. In house training by the team members will be undertaken in times of need to suit individual requirements. In low season times all members will undertake general training. The appropriate team members will give this training. A record of all training undertaken will be kept on the personnel file.
In House Training. Sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of an individual governing board or cluster. School administrative staff and senior leadership team members who are not governors may also attend these sessions. The cost of a bespoke training session will depend on the topic. The cost may be higher where an external adviser/consultant is sourced to deliver a session which meets the requirements of the governing board.
In House Training. Title IV-E funding shall be sought for eligible in-house training costs. DFCS shall: a. Develop and implement a process for ensuring that the PINS of full-time trainers are assigned to the proper cost pools. b. Develop and implement a process for ensuring that all expenditures associated with training (including meeting rooms, staff travel, and related expenses) are charged to Title IV-E training when the subject of the training is relevant. c. Ensure that all costs for trainers (excluding office space) are allocated to the training pool, which will be eligible for Title IV-E reimbursement.
In House Training. The parties agree that on 12 days per year, pre-scheduled in January, mandated training (EVOC, firearms, defensive tactics, and a one-time per year annual Sheriff’s training class) may be conducted by the Sheriff and accommodated by flexing hours of work and blocking days on the vacation calendar.
In House Training. The Employer will pay the Employee at their ordinary rate of pay if the Employer requires that an Employee to undertake a period of mandatory in-house training either during their rostered or ordinary hours of work.

  • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.
