In relation to Authorised Users. (a) the Customer shall maintain a list of current Authorised Users of the Software, and the Customer shall provide such list to the Supplier as may be reasonably requested by the Supplier from time to time; (b) Authorised users should keep a secure password for his use of the Software, that such password is changed no less frequently than oncemonthly or based on internal security procedures defined by the customer and that each Authorised User keeps his password confidential; (c) the Supplier may audit the Software regarding the name and password for each Authorised User. Such audit may be conducted no more than once per quarter, at the Supplier’s expense, and shall be exercised with reasonable prior notice, in a manner so as to not substantially interfere with Customer's normal conduct of business; and (d) if such audit reveals that passwords have been provided to individuals who are not Authorised Users, and without prejudice to the Supplier's other rights, the Customer shall promptly disable such passwords and shall not issue any new passwords to such individuals.

In relation to Authorised Users. 2.4.1 The maximum number of Authorised Users that the Customer authorises to access and use the Services and the Application shall not exceed the number of User Subscriptions it has purchased from time to time; 2.4.2 User Subscriptions may not be shared between Authorised Users; 2.4.3 Homeless Link may audit the uses of Services by Authorised Users. Such audit may be conducted no more than once per year, at Homeless Link's expense, and shall be exercised with reasonable prior notice, in a manner so as to not substantially interfere with Customer's normal conduct of business.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

  • Agency’s Right to Audit A. Contractor shall make available at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, and for reasonable periods, work papers, reports, books, records, supporting documents kept current by Contractor pertaining to the Contract for purposes of inspecting, monitoring, auditing, or evaluating by System Agency and the State of Texas. B. In addition to any right of access arising by operation of law, Contractor and any of Contractor’s affiliate or subsidiary organizations, or Subcontractors shall permit the System Agency or any of its duly authorized representatives, as well as duly authorized federal, state or local authorities, unrestricted access to and the right to examine any site where business is conducted or Services are performed, and all records, which includes but is not limited to financial, client and patient records, books, papers or documents related to this Contract. If the Contract includes federal funds, federal agencies that shall have a right of access to records as described in this section include: the federal agency providing the funds, the Comptroller General of the United States, the General Accounting Office, the Office of the Inspector General, and any of their authorized representatives. In addition, agencies of the State of Texas that shall have a right of access to records as described in this section include: the System Agency, HHSC, HHSC's contracted examiners, the State Auditor’s Office, the Texas Attorney General's Office, and any successor agencies. Each of these entities may be a duly authorized authority. C. If deemed necessary by the System Agency or any duly authorized authority, for the purpose of investigation or hearing, Contractor shall produce original documents related to this Contract. D. The System Agency and any duly authorized authority shall have the right to audit xxxxxxxx both before and after payment, and all documentation that substantiates the xxxxxxxx. E. Contractor shall include this provision concerning the right of access to, and examination of, sites and information related to this Contract in any Subcontract it awards.

  • Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. The parties further agree that the above notification will be copied to the ONA Bargaining Unit President.
