In Situ Progression Process. 32.1.1 In situ progression from Constable to Senior Constable will occur 5 years after permanent appointment (5 years of service at the rank of Constable), subject to qualification for the rank of Senior Constable. 32.1.2 Constables who become Senior Constables through in situ progression will progress according to years of service through the Senior Constable incremental range up to and including Increment Level 6. 32.1.3 To facilitate in situ progression, PIDs will be grouped into the following categories: • Constable/Senior Constable PIDs • Senior Constable First Class PIDs • Senior Constable First Class PIDs with service conditions including the availability of Brevet Sergeant rank. 32.1.4 There will be no higher duties relieving in Constable/Senior Constable positions. 32.1.5 Members who join the Police Band after 1 October 2004 will only be eligible to progress to Senior Constable provided they are able to meet normal recruit entry standards and successfully complete all aspects of the Constable Development Program (which includes a Recruit Training Course and a period as a Probationary Constable during which they are required to demonstrate designated workplace competencies) prior to satisfying the requirements for in situ progression as provided in Clause 32.1.1.

  • Evaluation Process ‌ A. The immediate supervisor will meet with an employee at the start of their review period to discuss performance expectations. The employee will receive copies of their performance expectations as well as notification of any modifications made during the review period. Employee work performance will be evaluated during probationary, trial service and transition review periods and at least annually thereafter. Notification will be given to a probationary or trial service employee whose work performance is determined to be unsatisfactory. B. The supervisor will discuss the evaluation with the employee. The employee will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the evaluation. The discussion may include such topics as: 1. Reviewing the employee’s performance; 2. Identifying ways the employee may improve their performance; 3. Updating the employee’s position description, if necessary; 4. Identifying performance goals and expectations for the next appraisal period; and 5. Identifying employee training and development needs. C. The performance evaluation process will include, but not be limited to, a written performance evaluation on forms used by the Employer, the employee’s signature acknowledging receipt of the forms, and any comments by the employee. A copy of the performance evaluation will be provided to the employee at the time of the review. A copy of the final performance evaluation, including any employee or reviewer comments, will be provided to the employee. The original performance evaluation forms, including the employee’s comments, will be maintained in the employee’s personnel file. D. If an employee disagrees with their performance evaluation, the employee has the right to attach a rebuttal. E. The performance evaluation process is subject to the grievance procedure in Article 30. The specific content of a performance evaluation is not subject to the grievance procedure. F. Performance evaluations will not be used to initiate personnel actions such as transfer, promotion, or discipline.

  • Escalation Process If Customer believes in good faith that Customer has not received quality or timely assistance in response to a support request or that Customer urgently need to communicate important support related business issues to Service Provider’s management, Customer may escalate the support request by contacting Service Provider and requesting that the support request be escalated to work with Customer to develop an action plan.

The employee must initiate the seniority verification process and forward the necessary verification forms to the previous school district(s) within ninety (90) days of receiving a continuing appointment in the new school district. iii.   • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Commercial Milestones (a) Within [*****] calendar days after the end of the first Calendar Year in which aggregate annual Net Sales for that Calendar Year for the Licensed Product in the Territory reach any threshold indicated in the Commercial Milestone Events listed below, EverInsight shall notify VistaGen of the achievement of such Commercial Milestone Event and VistaGen shall invoice EverInsight for the corresponding non-refundable, non-creditable Milestone Payment set forth below and EverInsight shall remit payment to VistaGen within [*****] Business Days after the receipt of the invoice, as described in Section 8.6 (Currency; Exchange Rate; Payments). VistaGen shall then invoice EverInsight for such unpaid previous Commercial Milestone Event(s) and EverInsight shall pay VistaGen such unpaid previous milestone payment(s) within thirty (30) Business Days of receipt of such invoice. (d) In the event that, VistaGen believes any Commercial Milestone Event under Section 8.3(a) has occurred but EverInsight has not given VistaGen the notice of the achievement of such Commercial Milestone Event, it shall so notify EverInsight in writing and shall provide to EverInsight data, documentation or other information that supports its belief. Any dispute under this Section 8.3(d) (Commercial Milestones - subsection (d)) that relates to whether or not a Commercial Milestone Event has occurred shall be referred to the JSC to be resolved in accordance with ARTICLE 3 (Governance) and shall be subject to resolution in accordance with Section 14.10 (Dispute Resolution). The Milestone Payments made for each Commercial Milestone Event shall be non-creditable and non-refundable.
