Inaccurate Company Locates. Where the Company’s Locates do not accurately correspond with the location of the Equipment and, as a result, the Municipality is unable to install its facilities within the municipal ROWs in the manner it expected based on the Locates provided by the Company (the “Error”), the Company shall pay the Municipality the direct costs stemming from the Error.
