Common use of Inaccurate Documents Clause in Contracts

Inaccurate Documents. If, upon examining his personnel file, any bargaining unit member has reason to believe that there are inaccuracies in documents contained therein, the member may write a memorandum to the Sheriff explaining the alleged inaccuracy. The Sheriff shall either remove the faulty document if the member's complaint is substantiated or attach the member's memorandum to the document in the file.
