Common use of Inactive Grievances Clause in Contracts

Inactive Grievances. A grievance which has been filed at Step 3 and on which no action has been taken by the grievant or UFF for ninety (90) days shall be deemed withdrawn and resolved in accordance with the decision issued at the prior Step.

Inactive Grievances. A grievance which has been filed at Step 2 or Step 3 and on which no action has been taken by the grievant or the UFF for ninety forty-five (9045) days shall be deemed withdrawn and resolved in accordance with the decision issued at the prior Step.
