Hoods, bandanas or scarves of any color. • Clothing which exposes undergarments, bare midriffs, or stomachs, including transparent or sheer blouses, crop tops, tank tops of any width including sports jerseys, spaghetti straps, tube-tops or halter-tops. If more than one layer is worn, the entire outfit must be within dress code. • Form fitting stretch pants, such as leggings, or yoga pants unless top or tunic covers to middle fingertip length. • Short shorts or skirts (shorter than fingertip length of the middle finger.) • Hair styles deemed distracting to class learning. • Clothing and jewelry which is disruptive to the educational processes, including, but not limited to pictures or words that insult others, relate to sex, alcohol products, drugs, tobacco products, violence or gangs. • Shoes must be worn at all times for safe participation in school activities.   • Inappropriate Conduct You shall not use the Service or the Device in any way that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, or any similar behavior.   • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR A. Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.

  • Conflict of Interest – County Personnel The County of Orange Board of Supervisors policy prohibits its employees from engaging in activities involving a conflict of interest. The Contractor shall not, during the period of this Contract, employ any County employee for any purpose.

  • Harassment The Employer and the Union recognize the right of employees to work in an environment free from harassment, including sexual harassment, as defined by the Employer’s harassment policy.
