Professional Growth/Continuing Education The District will pay One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) per month to all support personnel who earn two (2) college credits/units per year. This incentive shall be paid for college credits/units that are earned in subjects applying to their job, which have approval of the Human Resources Officer or in courses required to receive an AA/BA in Fire Science/Fire Technology. Credits in excess of the yearly requirement are to be carried over into future years and credited to future accounts. 2.
