Incentive for Reduced Absences. 16.9.1 Unit members shall receive a yearly bonus for exemplary attendance as follows: 16.9.1.1 Zero (0) days absent in a work year = $500 16.9.2 Bonus payments shall be made in a single lump sum, no later than June 30. 16.9.3 Part-time unit members shall receive a pro-rata bonus for which the unit member is eligible.
