Common use of Incidence and Duration Clause in Contracts

Incidence and Duration. This Agreement will regulate the terms and conditions of employment for all Wollongong City Council employees and terminates Enterprise Agreement No 1018 of 2015. This Agreement shall operate on and from 1 July 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of three (3) years from that date.

This Agreement shall operate on and from 1 July 2018 2021 and shall remain in force for a period of three (3) years from that date.

This Agreement shall operate on and from 1 July 2018 2012 and shall remain in force for a period of three (3) 3 years from that date.
