Brewery Employee – Security, Grade 2. Brewery Employee – Security, Grade 2 means an Employee who has been assessed as competent to perform Brewery Employee – Security, Grade 1 and satisfactorily completed the agreed training and experience requirements in accordance with SOPs experience for Grade 2. At this grade the Employee will be capable of working unsupervised and Employees will have a thorough operational knowledge of the plant layout, electrical surveillance equipment and alarm systems. All Employees will compile basic internal reports and have a thorough knowledge of the (SOPs). In order to be classified at this grade an Employee must demonstrate competence in base systems and emergency procedures, demonstrate competence in applying security procedures to the movement of incoming and outgoing product and associated materials and information (including the recording and authorisation of such movements), assist in the provision of training for other Employees, and perform tasks which are incidental to the safety and security of the plant as required.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • Eligible Population 5.1 Program eligibility is determined by applicable law set forth in Program rules and the requirements established in the Program Policy Manual. 5.2 The unduplicated number of Clients for PHC services is 430.   • RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE The Engineer shall not hire a former state officer or employee of a state agency who, during the period of state service or employment, participated on behalf of the state agency in this agreement’s procurement or its negotiation until after the second anniversary of the date of the officer’s or employee’s service or employment with the state agency ceased.

  • By the Executive Without Good Reason The Executive may terminate his employment without Good Reason at any time upon sixty (60) days’ notice to the Company. The Board may elect to waive such notice period or any portion thereof but, in such event, will pay to the Executive the Base Salary for the period so waived.

  • LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT/DUAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACTOR and XXX shall follow all LEA policies and procedures that support Least Restrictive Environment (“LRE”) options and/or dual enrollment options if available and appropriate, for students to have access to the general curriculum and to be educated with their nondisabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. CONTRACTOR and XXX shall ensure that LRE placement options are addressed at all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommended activities to support the transition.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.
