INCIDENT CONDITIONS. 1.1 The following conditions apply in circumstances where an employee has either been deployed to a declared incident, or placed on standby or on call in anticipation of a deployment and approved by a person authorised by the employer, (e.g. Regional Duty Officer), until the incident is declared safe or attendance ceases.
