Incidents of Fixed-Term Contract of Employment. Without derogating from any entitlement under the academic's contract or under an award provision applicable to the academic on account of the academic's continuous service, a fixed-term contract academic shall be entitled to the benefits as set out in paragraphs 4.1.1, 4.1.2 and 4.1.3. For the purposes of paragraphs 4.1.1 and 4.1.2, a fixed-term contract academic also includes an academic whose current fixed-term contract commenced prior to 30 June 1998.
