Includable Compensation Clause Samples
The Includable Compensation clause defines which types of employee earnings or payments are counted for specific purposes, such as calculating retirement plan contributions or benefits. Typically, this clause outlines what forms of compensation—such as salary, bonuses, commissions, or overtime—are included or excluded from the calculation base. By clearly specifying what is considered includable, the clause ensures consistency and fairness in benefit calculations, preventing disputes and misunderstandings about eligibility or contribution amounts.
