Conference on Sexual Violence against Women and Children in sports (Helsinki, 29-30 April 2019) The Finnish delegation thanked the secretariat for its co-operation in helping arrange this conference which was organised as part of the Finnish Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers. It was attended by around 80 participants, with experts also coming from the Lanzarote and Istanbul Convention committees and it was streamed live online. The results focused on preventing new cases and how Start to Talk can help with education and awareness raising. Finland wishes to see these issues continue to be addressed within EPAS, possibly with a pledge board, and will also focus on this topic in its forthcoming presidency of the EU. Delegations who attended the conference confirmed the good level of practical examples that were showcased during the debates and that survivors of abuse who spoke at the conference were inspirational in the way they are advocating for change. c. ALL IN project (ends 31 October 2019) The committees took note of the presentation by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Senior Project Officer, on how the data collection campaign was coming to a close and the deliverables were on target for presentation at the project’s closing event in Brussels on 10 September 2019. At the same event, partners will attend workshops to learn how they can use their country results to make progress and move forward. One delegation complained that the questionnaire was not compatible with certain situations that can differ at national level, but the other delegations were complementary of the valuable work done to prepare partners for the data collection and eager to see the results. The sustainability of this project is seen as being crucial and expanding it to, say, municipalities, was proposed as an idea for any future similar project. One delegation suggested analysing whether the respondents were male or female, as this could give additional help in understanding the awareness of each organisation that completes the questionnaire.
