INCORPORATIONS. The following are hereby incorporated in and form part of this Contract:
a) Contract Parameters contained in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time; and
b) The latest posted version of the Company’s general terms and conditions applicable to Union Rate Zones (“General Terms and Conditions”) subject to Section 12.18 of the General Terms and Conditions; and
c) Rate Schedule M4 as amended from time to time and as approved by the Ontario Energy Board.
INCORPORATIONS. A. Unless specifically excluded by mention on the order form, the appropriate invitation for Bids or Request for Proposals, Vendor's response and any written representations made by Vendor are incorporated herein.
B. Vendor's published specifications for equipment, software and services are incorporated herein.
C. Forms and documents listed or attached as exhibits are incorporated herein.
INCORPORATIONS. The following documents are incorporations of this lease, and are valid upon the signature of each individual document; Apartment Condition Form, Continuing Guarantee, Renter Rules and Regulations.
INCORPORATIONS. A. The foregoing recitals are incorporated into and a made a part of this Agreement.
B. The Employee Handbook, as adopted by the Town Board of Trustees and as such Handbook may be amended from time to time, is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or any conflict between the Handbook and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control. By executing this Agreement, Employee confirms receipt of a copy of the current Employee Handbook and understands and agrees to all provisions included in the Handbook.
INCORPORATIONS. Recitals A through C are incorporated herein as though fully set forth herein.
INCORPORATIONS. The following are hereby incorporated in and form part of this Contract:
a) Contract Parameters contained in Schedule 1 – DCQ, Storage and Distribution Services Parameters, and Schedule 1a – Supplemental Services Parameters as amended from time to time; and
b) The latest posted version of the T1 Contract Terms and Conditions contained in Schedule 2 subject to Section 12.18 of the Company’s general terms and conditions applicable to Union Rate Zones (“General Terms and Conditions”); and
c) The latest posted version of the General Terms and Conditions subject to Section 12.18 of the General Terms and Conditions; and
d) The applicable T1Rate Schedule as amended from time to time and as approved by the Ontario Energy Board.
INCORPORATIONS. The following are hereby incorporated in and form part of this Contract:
a) Contract Parameters contained in Schedule 1 and Schedule 1a as amended from time to time; and
b) The latest posted version of the T2 Contract Terms and Conditions contained in Schedule 2 subject to Section 12.18 of the Company’s general terms and conditions applicable to Union Rate Zones (“General Terms and Conditions”); and
c) The latest posted version of the General Terms and Conditions subject to Section 12.18 of the General Terms and Conditions; and
d) The applicable T2 Rate Schedule as amended from time to time and as approved by the Ontario Energy Board.
INCORPORATIONS. The foregoing Recitals, Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C, and Exhibit D are incorporated herein by reference. Notwithstanding this incorporation, the foregoing Recitals and Exhibits A, B, C, and D do not modify the express terms of this Agreement. Other documents are incorporated as reflected in this Agreement.
INCORPORATIONS. The foregoing Recitals, the Bond Documents, the other Loan Documents, the Financing Documents, and Exhibits A through C are incorporated herein. Other documents are incorporated herein as expressly stated in this Agreement. Notwithstanding these incorporations, the recitals, documents, and exhibits do not modify the express terms of this Agreement, except if so expressly stated.
INCORPORATIONS. 16.01 The following documents shall form an integral part of this Collective Agreement:

16.01.2 Letter of Understanding “B” regarding Office Closure and Relocation
16.01.3 Letter of Understanding “C” regarding Student At Law
16.01.4 Letter of Understanding “D” regarding OSSTF/FEESO Supplementary Pension Plan
