Parental Guarantee definition

Parental Guarantee means a guarantee from a parent guarantor of Seller that is satisfactory to Buyer and meets all the requirements in Article IX as if it were Seller. The Parental Guarantee shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Buyer in its discretion.
Parental Guarantee means a guarantee extended by the Parent Company of a Clearing Participant to secure the obligation of such Clearing Participant owing to JSCC by submitting a letter of guarantee in the form prescribed by JSCC3, including other documents deemed by JSCC to be equivalent to such letter of guarantee, to JSCC;
Parental Guarantee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

Parental Guarantee means a parental guarantee between the Vendor and CNC, pursuant to which CNC guarantees in favor of the Vendor, for the period time commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on the Closing Date, all of the representations, warranties, obligations, and covenants of the Purchaser which are contained in this Agreement, up to a maximum amount of $75,000, to be substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule 1.1(yyy);
