TERMS AND CONDITONS. By signing this contract Renter-In-Charge agrees to protect the camp against damage to property. You are liable for any willful, undue damage. The Hardisty Lake United Church Camp Board of Directors is not responsible for any damage to renters’ property or injuries to persons occurring on camp property resulting from the lease of the camp. Further, the Renter-In-Charge agrees to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Hardisty Lake United Church Camp as additional insured on a comprehensive general liability insurance policy in force during the period of use.

TERMS AND CONDITONS. The Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene ADOPT-A-ROAD PROGRAM has been established as a public service program for participants to enhance the local litter collection activities by picking up litter along certain Town roads. It is a way for environmentally conscious citizens to make a personal contribution to a cleaner environment. Under the program, groups or individuals agree to adopt a section of road and keep it clean. In addition to a cleaner environment, the group(s) is (are) recognized by a sign erected by the Town acknowledging their efforts, as requested. Road safety is of primary importance in all Town decisions related to the ADOPT-A-ROAD PROGRAM. Only groups and individuals determined by the Town to be responsible and to exhibit, in good faith, the desire and the ability to achieve ADOPT-A-ROAD PROGRAM objectives within the parameters of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS will be allowed to adopt a section of road. The Town may refuse to grant a request to adopt a section, if in its opinion, granting the request would jeopardize the program, be counter-productive to its purpose, create a public safety hazard, or be in conflict with government or Town policies. Participants are not considered as Officers, Employees or Agents of the Town. Any injuries, claims, liabilities, suits, or costs arising from the participant's activities relating to this agreement, shall be the sole responsibility of the participants. Participants shall indemnify the Town and agree to abide by the Town's guidelines and to not hold the Town responsible for any injuries or damages that they may cause or suffer as a result of participation in the ADOPT-A-ROAD PROGRAM. Participants are encouraged to recycle materials collected from the adopted section of road whenever and wherever possible.

I will make my installment payments in equal monthly, bimonthly or quarterly installments as determined by the School. The School may round my installment payment to the next highest multiple of $5. TERMS AND CONDITONS. ► I agree to pay my first weeks' tuition in advance, at the time of registration. ► I agree to pay my tuition by completing a Child Care Recurring Credit Card Authorization form. Should I decide to forfeit completing the form, a $35 non-refundable registration fee will be charged to my account. ► I agree that should I withdraw my child from the program or would like to change my child's schedule, I will provide the YMCA with a 2-week written notice prior to the last day of my child's attendance.
