Increase in Hours 6.4.1 For unit - 1 When additional hours are available to a part-time position on a regular basis, the hours shall be offered to the employee in the unassigned time with the greatest bargaining unit seniority. If the senior employee declines the assignment, it shall be offered to the remaining employees in the class in descending order of bargaining unit seniority until the assignment is made.
Price Increase/Decreases No price increases will be permitted during the first period of the Contract. The County requires documented proof of cost increases on Contracts prior to any price adjustment. A minimum of 30-days advance notice in writing is required to secure such adjustment. No retroactive price adjustments will be considered. All price decreases will automatically be extended to the County of Orange. REDUCTION IN WORKFORCE 16.01 The employer will layoff employees in reverse order of seniority within the classification provided those retained have the ability to do the work. No new employee will be hired until all those qualified employees with recall rights have been given the opportunity to return to work and have failed to do so.

Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.
Wage Increase 1. The minimum hourly wage amounts in the salary table in column I (job grades 1 up to and includ- ing 3) concern the statutory minimum wage and are adjusted in the event of an increase in the statutory minimum wage.
Fee Increases S&P reserves the right to increase its fees under this Order Schedule effective on the anniversary of the Commencement Date by providing at least sixty (60) days advance written notice to Licensee prior to the expiration of the Term then in effect.
