Common use of INDEX PER POSITION Clause in Contracts

INDEX PER POSITION. The “INDEX PER POSITION” column in Schedules D, E, and G represents the amount of percentage that each individual position will receive. If requested, the Superintendent may approve more than one person being employed in a position originally designed for one person. If the Superintendent approves the request, the percentage shown in the “INDEX PER POSITION” column shall be divided among the number of people in the given position in a manner mutually agreeable to all individuals.
