Indigenous Peoples The Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, ensure that the Project does not cause any impact on indigenous people within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and the SPS.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS 38.7.8.1 In the worse case scenario, many environmental concerns must be addressed. Along with the police and fire marshal, the state environmental protection department will be on site to monitor the situation.
38.7.8.2 Items to be concerned with in a large central office building could include:
38.7.8.2.1 Emergency engine fuel supply. Damage to the standby equipment and the fuel handling equipment could have created “spill” conditions that have to be handled within state and federal regulations.

TTOCs CONDUCTING UNION BUSINESS 1. Where a Teacher Teaching on Call (TTOC) is authorized by the local union or BCTF to conduct union business during the work week, the TTOC shall be paid by the employer according to the collective agreement.
2. Upon receipt, the union will reimburse the employer the salary and benefit costs associated with the time spent conducting union business.
3. Time spent conducting union business will not be considered a break in service with respect to payment on scale.
4. Time spent conducting union business will be recognized for the purpose of seniority and experience recognition up to a maximum of 40 days per school year.
