Common use of Indigenous Peoples Clause in Contracts

Indigenous Peoples. 7. The Borrower shall ensure or cause MOWRAM to ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impact, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 7. The Borrower shall ensure or cause MOWRAM the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impactimpacts, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall cause the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agencies to take all steps required to ensure that the preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the Project complies and Project facilities comply with the (a) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples; and with (b) the SPS.

In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take or cause each Project Executing Agency to take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

The Borrower shall ensure or cause MOWRAM the Project Executing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impact, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower each Project Executing Agency shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 734. The Borrower shall ensure or cause MOWRAM the Project Implementing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impact, all impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required carry out a social impact assessment and prepare an indigenous peoples plan for the Project to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 711. The Borrower shall ensure or cause MOWRAM to ensure that the Project does not have any impact on indigenous peoples impact, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the relevant subproject(s) comply with the (a) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples; and with (b) the SPSIndigenous Peoples Safeguards.

In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

The Borrower shall ensure ensure, or cause MOWRAM the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agency to ensure ensure, that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impactimpacts, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project or any Subproject does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take take, or cause the Project Executing Agency or Project Implementing Agency to take, all steps required to ensure that the Project or Subproject complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 710. The Borrower shall ensure or cause MOWRAM EA to ensure that the Project does not have involve any indigenous peoples impact, all risks or impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that If due to unforeseen circumstances, the Project does have involves any such impactimpacts, the Borrower shall take all steps required necessary or desirable to ensure that the Project complies with the all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and State and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 73. The Borrower shall ensure or ensure, and shall cause MOWRAM the Project Executing Agencies to ensure ensure, that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impact, all impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take take, or cause the Project Executing Agencies to take, all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 72. The Borrower Recipient shall ensure or cause MOWRAM to ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impact, all impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower Recipient shall take take, or cause the Project Executing Agency to take, all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower Recipient and with the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 3 and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS.

The Borrower shall, and shall ensure or cause MOWRAM to MOT and ARS to, ensure that the Project does not have cause any impact on indigenous peoples impact, all people within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.
