Common use of Indigenous Peoples Clause in Contracts

Indigenous Peoples. 5. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts within the meaning of Safeguard Policy Statement. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower, the Safeguard Policy Statement and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in the Safeguards Monitoring Report.

Indigenous Peoples. 58. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples people’s impacts within the meaning of the Safeguard Policy Statement. In the event that the Project a Subproject does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project Subproject complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower, the Safeguard Policy Statement and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in the a Safeguards Monitoring Report.

Indigenous Peoples. 511. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts within the meaning of the Safeguard Policy Statement. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower, Borrower and with the Safeguard Policy Statement and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in the Safeguards Monitoring ReportStatement.

In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws preparation, design, construction, implementation and regulations operation of the Borrower, the Safeguard Policy Statement and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in the Safeguards Monitoring Report.relevant Subproject(s) comply with

In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower, the Borrower and with ADB’s Safeguard Policy Statement and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in the Safeguards Monitoring ReportStatement.

Indigenous Peoples. 510. The Borrower shall ensure ensure, or cause EA to ensure, that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts within the meaning of Safeguard Policy Statement. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower and the EA shall take all steps required to ensure that the preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the Project complies comply with the (a) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower, Borrower and the Safeguard Policy Statement State relating to indigenous peoples; and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in (b) the Safeguards Monitoring ReportIndigenous Peoples Safeguards.
